Terms of Use

NeuroAnalytics by Neurodivergent Synergy Ltd is a personal work-preference and workstyle tool. It helps you describe how you work best. It is not a diagnostic, medical or psychological assessment and does not provide clinical advice or determine your suitability for a job.

These terms apply to your use of this service. Questions about the service or these terms can be sent to info@neurodsynergy.com.

Keep your sign-in details secure and provide account information that is accurate. You are responsible for the information you choose to enter and share. Do not enter another person’s private information without permission or use the service to impersonate someone.

You decide whether a Workstyle Card is useful for your situation. It should not replace professional advice or be presented as a diagnosis. Our Privacy page explains how account, card and subscription information is used.

A public sharing link is a shareable URL, not an invitation restricted to a named recipient. Anyone with a valid link can view the sections you selected without signing in. Recipients may forward the link or keep copies.

You can revoke links in Sharing. Revocation and expiry prevent further access through the link but cannot remove copies already made. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically revoke links or delete your card.

NeuroAnalytics Individual costs £4.99 per month or £39 per year, according to the plan selected at Checkout. There is no free trial. Subscriptions renew on the selected billing cycle until cancelled. Stripe processes subscription payments and provides the Billing Portal.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through Billing / Manage Subscription in Account Settings. With cancellation at period end, paid access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period shown in your account, provided the subscription remains entitled. Access to private paid tools ends when paid entitlement ends.

Cancellation does not automatically delete your saved answers or Workstyle Card. Resubscribing with the same account allows you to return to your existing data once paid access is confirmed. Account deletion is a separate action in Account Settings.

These terms do not remove any statutory cancellation or refund rights. Contact us about any cancellation or payment concern; the options shown in the Billing Portal do not limit your legal rights.

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, discrimination, deceptive assessments or unauthorised monitoring. Do not access someone else’s private data, guess or harvest sharing links, bypass access controls, submit malicious code or disrupt the service. You must respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property.

You retain your rights in the information you enter. You allow us to process and display it as needed to provide your card and the sharing you request. These terms do not transfer ownership of your answers to us.

The NeuroAnalytics software, branding and original service content belong to Neurodivergent Synergy or its licensors. You may use the service and share your card as intended. You must not copy or misrepresent our software or branding, or sell them without our permission.
