NeuroAnalytics is provided by Neurodivergent Synergy Ltd, a UK business. We are responsible for how personal information is used in this service. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@neurodsynergy.com.

This notice covers the NeuroAnalytics account, Workstyle and subscription features. Other websites and payment services have their own privacy information.

• Account information: your email address, display name, authentication information and session information support registration, sign-in, password recovery and account management.
• Workstyle information: questionnaire choices, optional text, saved progress and your Workstyle Card let you describe and revisit your working preferences.
• Sharing choices: the sections you select, sharing links, expiry settings and revocation status determine what recipients can access.
• Subscription information: customer and subscription references, plan, payment confirmation, status and paid-period dates let us manage paid access.

The questionnaire asks about working preferences, not diagnoses or medical history. Please avoid entering sensitive health information or personal information about other people in optional text. Cards reflect your answers; they are not scores, diagnoses or automated employment decisions.

We use account, Workstyle, sharing and subscription information to provide the service you request. Our UK GDPR lawful basis for this is performance of our contract with you. Without the necessary account details we cannot provide an account, and a completed card requires the relevant questionnaire answers. Optional text and public sharing are your choices.

Necessary security and service information helps protect accounts and prevent misuse; our basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure service. Where information must be processed to meet a legal requirement, the basis is that legal obligation. If you contact us, we use your message and contact details to respond to your request.

Anyone who has a valid public sharing link can open it without an account or subscription. Recipients see only the card sections you deliberately select, including any optional personal text within those sections. Your account email, display name and private additional notes are not automatically included in the shared card.

Treat the link as a shareable URL: a recipient can forward it or save a copy of what they see. You can revoke a link in Sharing; a revoked or expired link no longer provides access through the service. Revocation cannot recall screenshots, copied text or other copies already made by recipients.

Public sharing is independent of your subscription status. Cancelling a subscription does not revoke existing links.

Supabase provides account authentication and database services for your account and Workstyle information. Our hosting providers deliver the app. Stripe processes subscription payments and provides Checkout and the Billing Portal. Payment card details are entered with Stripe; NeuroAnalytics does not store your full card number or security code.

We send Stripe the account information needed to associate billing with your account and receive subscription and payment-confirmation information. Your Workstyle answers are not sent to Stripe for payment processing.

These providers may process information outside the UK. Contact us for details of the locations and safeguards relevant to your information; this notice does not promise UK-only storage. See Supabase’s privacy information and Stripe’s Privacy Policy for their respective services.

The app uses browser storage to maintain your sign-in session. Log out on shared devices. Opening Stripe’s hosted pages is also subject to Stripe’s own browser-storage practices.

Your saved answers and card remain associated with your account when your subscription ends, so you can return to the same data if you resubscribe. Cancelling billing and deleting an account are separate actions.

You can request account deletion through Account Settings. Successful deletion removes your account, profile, Workstyle answers, card and sharing links from the active application. It does not recall copies held by recipients or automatically erase records Stripe retains under its own legal obligations and retention policies. Contact us about provider records or any other retention question.
